Located directly on the slopes!

Les Menuires consists of several districts, each with its own center with shops and après-ski opportunities. The baker delivers fresh bread every morning at your desired time. In the immediate vicinity of the chalet, there is a supermarket, various restaurants, a ski pass sales outlet, and the Grotto of Yeti, where young people can have fun. From the chalet, it's just a few hundred meters to the free pedestrian lift to the La Croisette Center, so you can leave your car behind. The lift operates from 8.00 to 23.00.

Interior
The chalet was newly built in 2002 with a concrete frame. Both the interior and exterior are finished with plenty of wood and slate. The house has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a sauna, a spacious living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen, and an extra-large sun terrace (south-facing).

Per floor
Basement: Three double bedrooms, one with a bunk bed. There is a fifteenth sleeping place (trundle bed) available. One bedroom has its own shower and sink. Two bedrooms share a shower and sink. In the spacious hall with two benches for putting on ski boots, there is a separate toilet. In the basement, you'll also find a washing machine, dryer, sauna with CD sound system, and a ski room with a boot warmer. There is a separate ski entrance from the ski room, allowing you to step directly onto the slope (so-called ski-in, ski-out).

Ground floor: Spacious covered entrance, toilet with sink, cozy large living room with a corner sofa and fireplace. Dining area with large dining table. Sliding door to the large south-facing terrace with an unobstructed view of the valley. TV with satellite (all Dutch channels and most sports channels) and surround DVD player are available. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, citrus press, toaster, and kettle, etc. On this floor, there is a double bedroom with its own shower and sink.

First floor: Landing, "master bedroom" with its own separate bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Two spacious bedrooms. Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, and sink. All bedrooms are equipped with fixed wardrobes with plenty of hangers.
Especially for our guests, there is a wireless internet system -WIFI-, allowing our guests free access to the internet.
