The chalet is situated on the slope which makes it possible to ski back to the chalet. Using the Bettex lift or the Tortolet lift you will have connection to the lifts to the centre and the total ski resort.
Located approx. 20 metres from the free ski bus stop for the bus to the centre.
Les Menuires consists of multiple neighbourhoods, each with their own centre with stores and après ski possibilities. The bakery delivers fresh bread for you at every desired point of time. In the direct vicinity of the chalet there is a supermarket, various restaurants, a store for the ski passes sale, and the Cave of Yeti, where young people can amuse themselves. From the chalet it is a few hundred metres of walking to the pedestrian lift (free) to the Centre La Croisette, so you can leave your car behind without worries. The lift goes from 8.00 to 23.00 hours.

Layout
The chalet is newly constructed (2002) with a concrete exterior. Both inside and outside have been finished with lots of wood and slate. The house has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, sauna, a royal living room with fireplace, an open kitchen and an extra-large sundeck (south).
Per floor
Lower floor: Three 2-person bedrooms, one of which with a bunk bed. There is a fifteenth sleeping place (trundle bed) available. One bedroom has an own shower and sink. Two bedrooms share a shower and sink. In the spacious hall with two bench seats to put on the ski shoes there is a separate toilet. In the lower floor you will also find a washing machine, dryer, sauna with CD sound and a ski area with shoe heater. At the ski area there is a separate ski entrance from which you directly enter the slope (so-called door in door out).
The ground floor: Spacious covered entrance, toilet with washbasin, atmospheric royal living room with large corner sofa and fireplace. Dining area with large dining table. Sliding door to the large terrace on the south with free view over the valley. TV with satellite (Dutch/French/German/English channels and most sports channels) and surround DVD player are present. The half open kitchen is completely equipped with ceramic cooker, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, citrus juicer, toaster and kettle etc. On this floor there is a 2-person bedroom with own shower and sink.
The first floor: Landing, “master bedroom” with own separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Two royal bedrooms. Bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. All bedrooms feature fixed closed with plenty of hangers.
Specially for our guests a wireless internet system has been laid out – Wi-F- - allowing our guests to make free use of the internet.
